Okay, so I just saw the Dr. OZ video on gluten, the gluten diet, and what he described thanks to the myths surrounding the gluten diet. gluten and dairy free snacks

I feel the segment aimed to debate the fad of a diet because the thanks to reducing and whether this is often healthy due to reducing. 

The segment was slightly confusing regarding the important point he was trying to form so I assumed I'd discuss some points regarding a diet, why it's going to be the healthiest thing for you, why people reduce on a diet, why a diet won't be healthy for you, and what a diet shouldn't be.




The first thing we should always probably discuss is what's gluten?
Gluten in simple terms could even be a protein found in grains.

Most problems seem to be in wheat, barley, rye, and malt. 

But any of the grain foods are often problematic for a couple of bodies for a few reasons.

The real question is do I got to get on a gluten-free diet?

And the answer is probably. 

If you're sensitive or intolerant to gluten or its breakdown components or have disorder the solution is yes. 

If you're not gluten intolerant/sensitive or don't have disorder the solution is probably. 

Then maybe, is because we now know through research that gluten can cause cross-reactions with other food sensitivities, and although you're not sensitive to gluten, eating it's going to make your other food sensitivities worse. gluten free dairy free snacks

So how do I determine if you're gluten-sensitive?

Well, Dr. Oz and his guest Dr. 

Hyman suggest you go gluten-free for 2 weeks, then add gluten back and see how you are feeling. 

While this seems like a simple due to rolling within the hay and a few individuals notice improvement, others do that and feel no change and assume they, therefore, do not have a drag with gluten. 

There are multiple reasons a person won't notice any change:
1. Too in need of some time. I even have many patients that do not notice changes until they need to be off of gluten for extended periods.

2. they'll be off gluten, but they're eating foods that will be cross-reactive like coffee, milk protein (casein), etc.

These foods look similar enough to your system for a few parents that once they eat them, your body thinks its gluten and you get a response slightly like eating gluten. 

So this would possibly not work for everybody.

3. you'll have what's called "Leaky Gut Syndrome". 

Leaky Gut Syndrome simply means your intestinal tract has become too porous and is letting things like undigested food, bacterial toxins, etc. get into the bloodstream. 

These undigested foods like rice protein or egg protein may continue an immune response albeit you're off gluten and no change is noticed.

I et al. recommend an Auto-Immune or Anti-inflammatory diet if you are going to decide to see if your food is making you not feel well. This diet consists of lean meat, fish, chicken, vegetables, high fiber fruits (stone fruits), nuts, olive or copra oil, and water to drink.

So you'll feel better, you'll notice no change for the explanations I explained above or a 3rd outcome which may happen which I see this happen frequently could even be a private may feel worse.

I buy the logic of this thinking, but it's only because someone hasn't explained that there's a variety of the gluten called Gluteomorphin, that for a few of individuals, can create a withdrawal response when removed quite a junkie coming off drugs or an important coffee drinker quitting cold turkey.

What test do I run?

So who should get tested for gluten?

Will going gluten-free if you're intolerant or have disorder be enough?

Maybe. Some people will feel far better on just a gluten-free "healthy" diet. But others won't, because as I said earlier gluten may only an area of the matter. gluten-free diet not healthy for everyone

If you're doing not address all the issues like other food sensitivities, intestinal permeability, gut infections, blood glucose problems, etc. then going gluten-free won't be enough.

To a degree they were right, but what they have to possess said was that any diet high in processed foods isn't as healthy as a diet consisting of whole organic, non-processed foods.
